By accessing or using AngelHub ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

AngelHub is a portfolio management platform designed for angel investors to track and manage their investments. The Service provides:

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Eligibility

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that time.

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data to provide the Service.

• AI content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should verify all AI-generated information
• AI content does not constitute investment advice
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI content

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Not Investment Advice

AngelHub is a portfolio management tool. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.

9.2 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data and calculations, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Service. You are responsible for verifying all data.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGELHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AngelHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• You may request a data export within 30 days
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
